Terms
The rules for using this website, what an application means, and where the terms of an actual engagement live.
Last updated 7 September 2026
The short version
This is an agency's website. Nothing is sold on it and no payment is taken through it.
The terms of a piece of work are set in the written proposal for that work, agreed before anything starts. This page does not replace one and never overrides one.
Applying through the careers page is an application, not an offer of a job, and not a promise of one.
Agreeing to these terms
Using nervemedia.agency means accepting what is on this page. If you do not accept it, close the tab; it costs nothing either way.
These terms cover the website. They are not a contract for services, and they do not change anything already agreed in a signed proposal.
Who we are

Using this site
You may read anything here, link to any page, and quote it with a credit. You may not:
- copy the site's design, code, copy or case study material for another agency,
- present it, in whole or in part, as your own or as an official Nerve Media channel,
- attack it, or attempt to reach the internal screens behind the password,
- send applications you do not mean, or use the form to send anything but an application,
- scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
Nothing is sold here
There is no checkout on this site, no price list and no payment form. Every button that looks like a call to action opens a WhatsApp conversation.
So there is nothing on this site to refund. Fees, deposits, instalments, what happens if a project is paused, and what happens if either side walks away are all set out in the written proposal for that engagement, agreed and signed before work starts. That document is the one that governs money, and it is where any refund or cancellation term lives.
As a rule of practice, a deposit covers work already scheduled and started. Where an engagement ends early, what is owed is what was actually delivered up to that point, and anything paid beyond it is returned. If a proposal ever says otherwise, the proposal is what applies and we will point that clause out before it is signed rather than after.
Applying for a role
An application is an expression of interest. It creates no contract, no offer and no obligation on either side, and it does not guarantee a reply, although we read every one.
Tell us the truth in it. An application that misrepresents experience or work that is not yours ends the process at whatever point we find out.
Work you send stays yours. We look at it to assess an application and for nothing else, and we do not use it, publish it or show it to a client.
What happens to an application afterwards is set out in the privacy policy.
The case study and the work shown
Work shown on this site was made by us for the client named, and it is shown with that client's agreement. Figures quoted are what was measured for that engagement.
None of it is a promise of a result for anybody else. Marketing outcomes depend on the product, the market, the budget and the moment, and no agency that tells you otherwise is being straight with you.
What belongs to whom
The Nerve Media name, the mark, the site's design, its code and its copy are ours. Client logos and client work shown here belong to those clients and appear with permission.
Nothing on this page transfers a right to use any of it.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We keep it up and correct what we find, and we do not promise it will be reachable every minute, free of every error, or identical in every browser.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites are offered for convenience and we are not responsible for what those sites do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Where an engagement's own proposal names a different forum, that proposal governs the engagement and this page governs the website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new version.
